What this covers

This Privacy Policy explains what information Axis Partners collects when you visit axispartners.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this Site only.

Information you give us

If you complete the contact form or email us, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number if you include it, and whatever you write in your message. If you send us information about a property, we keep it so that we can evaluate it and follow up with you. We do not sell any of it.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this Site records technical information automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, the pages you view and how long you spend on them. We use Google Analytics for this. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes this data on its own terms; you can opt out of it using Google’s browser add-on.

Cookies

This Site uses cookies for analytics and to remember your cookie preferences. A banner on your first visit asks for your consent, and you can change your answer at any time through your browser settings. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using the Site.

How we use information

We use what we collect to respond to enquiries, evaluate properties offered to us, operate and improve the Site, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. We do not use it for automated decision-making and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers who run things on our behalf, such as our website host, our email provider and our analytics provider, and only to the extent they need it. We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If Axis Partners is party to a merger, sale or transfer of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected and for as long as our record-keeping obligations require. We take reasonable measures to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents have these rights and the right not to be discriminated against for using them. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
