Axis Acquires Two Light Industrial Properties in Fort Myers

Axis Partners, LLC, an Atlanta-based real estate private equity firm, has closed on two light industrial properties in Fort Myers, Florida: 3843 Ironbridge Blvd and 2890 Cargo St. Both deals were sourced off-market.

The Ironbridge property is a 35,000-square-foot facility on 5.1 acres with 30-foot clear heights.

The Cargo Street property is a 54,577-square-foot, heavy industrial-zoned facility on 4.4 acres, acquired vacant and positioned for a single-tenant user.

Both properties sit in Fort Myers' core infill industrial submarket, where vacancy hovers around 6% and supply of comparable buildings remains scarce. The properties are part of Axis's wider light industrial aggregation strategy.
