Axis Partners, LLC, an Atlanta-based real estate private equity firm, has closed on 3535 Best Friend Rd, a 6.0-acre industrial outdoor storage (IOS) property in Doraville, Georgia. Sourced off-market, the acquisition expands Axis Partners’ presence in the Atlanta market and adds another high-quality industrial asset to its portfolio.

The property includes a 21,061-square-foot truck terminal with 36 dock doors and a 2,800-square-foot service facility with 16-foot clear heights and two drive-in doors. The property is fully fenced and features a full concrete yard, providing an ideal configuration for industrial and outdoor storage users.
