Axis Partners Announces $111MM Sale of Industrial Outdoor Storage Portfolio

Axis Partners has completed the sale of a twenty-two property industrial outdoor storage portfolio for $111 million. The assets are located throughout the Sunbelt.

Axis is a vertically integrated real estate investment platform headquartered in Atlanta that acquires, develops and manages industrial outdoor storage and supply chain infrastructure properties throughout the United States. The portfolio was assembled property by property, largely from private owners, and was operated by the Axis team throughout the hold.

Axis continues to acquire industrial outdoor storage across 14 states.
