Rose and her groups have architected Web sites, developed standards for online design, content, and navigation, redesigned existing sites to simplify companies' online look & feel, and improved the overall ease-of-use of these sites through skilled design and thorough testing.

At Novell, Rose served as Publisher of Novell Press, a retail book program, which she grew from its inception to a $10 million-a-year business in three short years. She created the first Usability program, implementing customer feedback into the product development and then testing to measure success.

Rose is recognized for her ability to help organizations implement innovative customer solutions. Rose served for four years as a member of the Silicon Valley Publishing Forum, was also on the Web Editorial Board of Sun Microsystems, and is an alumna of Women Unlimited, Inc.

Fernando's understanding of and thoughtful approach to information architecture, writing, visual systems design, brand development, interface development, and user research has led his clients to great success.

For Ofoto/Kodak Gallery, Fernando created a new visual language for digital photography. He also designed the user interface for the photo editing software OfotoNow. His contributions made Kodak Gallery the easiest site to use in its industry, serving over 60 million users with billions of images. Awards include: Macromedia Max 2004 Business Experiences Award, CNET Editors' Choice, Top Choice - Wall Street Journal 2002, Best Overall Photo Service - Yahoo! Internet Life Gold Star 2001.

Fernando's site for MeetingsMedia won a Maggie Award for "Best Overall Online Design."

He repositioned ink2 into Web 2.0 service, designed their online application that customers use to create stunning stationery. He also quadrupled their print product line, which is licensed by Martha Stewart, American Greetings, Hallmark and Kodak.

His site for Healthline Networks enables over 40 million consumers each month to make more confident, informed healthcare decisions.
